Actel A3P250 Development board.

  • 250k gates, 6144 FlipFlops, 36Kbits of embedded RAM, 1kbit FlashROM, Secure AES ISP, 1 Integrated PLL, 68 I/Os , or 13 differential I/O pairs, 3.3V tolerant 2,4,6,8,12 or 16 mA output, configurable pullups/pulldowns on all IO pins.
  • 24Mhz Oscillator, and reset circuit.
  • 4 Color leds that can be enabled/disable via microswitches.
  • 4 microswitch inputs for use in your projects.
  • Onboard 5V to 3.3V and 1.5V regulators.
  • 4  13x2 pin female connector 5mm high, 2.54mm steps, you can develop on 2.54mm develboards or integrate in your designs using pin headers.
  • ATMEL 1MBit, 50Mhz SPI, AT25FS010 for use in your projects
